淨施

(淨施, 净施)

Pure charity, which does not seek fame or blessing in this world, but only desires to sow nirvana-seed.

謂布施時， 不求世間名譽福利等報， 但為出世善根及資助涅槃之因， 以清淨心而行布施， 故名淨施。 （梵語涅槃， 華言滅度。 ）
